Meet Zenodro at Expo Real Estate Argentina

On August 12 and 13, 2026, Zenodro Homes will be at Expo Real Estate Argentina at the Hilton Buenos Aires, one of the region's largest gatherings of developers, brokers, and buyers looking at real estate across the Americas.

If you're attending — or if you know families in Argentina exploring a home in Central Florida — this is a chance to meet our team in person, ask direct questions, and see how we build.

Why we're going

A meaningful share of the families who buy at Tranquility come from outside the United States. They're evaluating a builder they may not be able to visit before signing, in a legal and construction environment they didn't grow up with, using a currency that isn't their own.

That's a lot to ask of anyone. And it's exactly why we'd rather be in the room than behind a website.

Buying a home under construction from another country raises real questions: Who holds my money before the home is finished? What happens if the schedule slips? What am I actually buying, and what is extra? Who do I call when something goes wrong?

Those questions deserve answers from the people responsible for the answer — not from a brochure.

The workshop: from plan to handover

Lusant will be leading a workshop on the full arc of a new-construction purchase: what happens between the moment a buyer signs on a floor plan and the day they receive the keys.

The session — listed in the expo program as "Del plano a la entrega: cómo invertir seguro en real estate" — walks through the construction process step by step and focuses on the parts of the timeline where remote buyers most often get surprised.

The workshop is free and open to all expo attendees. No separate registration is required beyond expo entry.

How is the home built? Concrete block construction with spray foam insulation — standard, not an upgrade.
What are the fees? No CDD. No builder fee.
What's included? Our finishes come standard. There are no upgrade tiers to navigate and no add-on packages to price out.
Can I rent it out? There are no rental restrictions at Tranquility, and no mandatory property management company you're required to use.
